Products of maraška sour cherry
Maraška sour cherry is an old Croatian autochthonous variety, and as a subspecies of sour cherry it is widespread mostly in Dalmatia, mainly in the Zadar area. Maraška sour cherry has a strong aroma and excellent fruit quality, and it is a renown Dalmatian culture since the 16th century.
From this local “queen” of fruit we produce jam, juice, syrup and liqueur.
