The guesthouse at the address Ulica braće Vranjana 13 is located on three floors with two accommodation units on each floor. It is situated in the very centre of the city of Zadar, in the middle of the old city core, near the Zadar seafront, in the vicinity of the church of St. Donat, of the church and monastery of St. Mary’s and of the most famous Zadar street – Kalelarga. All the accommodation units can be used individually (rooms), but also the whole apartment or floor can be rented, according to the size of the group and individual needs.

Bethany

The accommodation unit Bethany is suitable for 5 – 7 persons and it is located on the first floor. It consists of four rooms, two common bathrooms and a large common dining room with the kitchen.

 

St. Mary Magdalene

The accommodation unit St. Mary Magdalene is suitable for 6 persons. It is located on the first floor, and it consists of four rooms, each with its own bathroom, common dining room and the kitchen.

The accommodation unit Emaus is located on the second floor and it can welcome 8 persons. There are five rooms, three common bathrooms and the kitchen with the dining room.

 

St. Scholastica

The accommodation unit St. Scholastica can accommodate 6 persons. There are four rooms, each with its own bathroom, common dining room and kitchen. It is situated on the second floor.

 

Tabor

The accommodation unit Tabor with three apartments is located on the third floor. Within each apartment there is a room, a bathroom and a kitchen with the dining room, and the total capacity is for 5 persons (2 + 2 + 1).

 

St. Benedict

The accommodation unit St. Benedict can receive 4 persons. It is located on the third floor and it consists of two rooms, each room with its own bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room.
